Warm Weather Policy:
During warm weather months (approximately April
15th-September 30th), Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company ships
all chocolate products in specially designed coolers. Our
cooler boxes come complete with Styrofoam and specialized gel ice
packs to ensure that your product will arrive FRESH. Please
note that during these Summer Shipping months, shipping
charges will reflect the extra cooler, ice packs and additional
handling charges. In order to prevent melting, chocolates
cannot be 'In Transit' over the weekend during the Summer
Shipping months. For this reason, we cannot guarantee
delivery on Monday.

Shipping Method:
All of our orders are shipped via UPS service. For 3rd
party services, please contact Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company
Customer Service Department before the order is processed with
your account number to ship.
Standard Shipping Policy:
Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company uses specially designed
boxes to ship all of our fresh chocolates anywhere in the 48 states.
Our chocolates are manufactured fresh and packaged safely for proper
arrival. Our policy is to ship your order within 24 hours.
Please note that we reserve the right to hold shipments in order for
them not to be in transit over the weekend. All orders will
arrive within 5 business days after they are shipped using standard
shipping. UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS
Next Day Air® service is also an
option.

states. At this time, we can NOT deliver to PO/APO boxes.
