On this Tasty Tuesday, Dan Abel, from Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, shares his family’s recipe for chocolate chip cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 (4 serving) package INSTANT vanilla pudding
- 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz. package Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Co. chocolate chunks or pieces “chiseled” from the solid bar chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix flour and baking soda, set aside. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar,vanilla extract, eggs, INSTANT vanilla pudding – beat until creamy. Add flour mix gradually. (May seem dry, but keep mixing.) Add chocolate chips/chunks. |
